Voter Caught with Multiple Voter's card (VIDEO)
Less than 5 hours into the elections, a man, whose identity was not disclosed was arrested with multiple voter's card in Benue.
He was caught with 37 voter's card (watch video below).
According to report, he was arrested while trying to vote multiple times.
